The question in the title might sound dramatic, but I don’t believe it is. This website has exposed a series of Venezuelan criminals, also known as Boligarchs. We aim for equality in our efforts, as we work with very limited resources to shed light on the criminal and illegal activities of all Venezuelan bullies, whether in relation to power plants, banking, oil, food products, telecommunications, media, politics, military, etc. Readers will recall the exposé series on Derwick Associates. That research topic provided a wealth of information and connections previously unseen or unknown to the untrained eye. For example, we now know for sure that Derwick’s online reputation management is handled by RaFa, the hacker. RaFa is a convicted criminal posing as an “ethical hacker.” While investigating RaFa, we discovered that he also serves many other criminals and convicted bullies. We learned that the opposition leader, Henrique Capriles Radonski, is a close cousin of Armando “Pelón” Capriles (reportedly a proxy for Nelson Merentes), who is sometimes the nephew and partner of Miguel Ángel Capriles López (Michu), one of the more low-profile yet corrupt “businessmen.” We found out that the Derwick bullichicos use Venezuelan intelligence operatives from SEBIN to threaten and spy on journalists, bloggers, and their families. We discovered that with the billions stolen from Venezuela, “reputable” American companies like JP Morgan and FTI Consulting are involved in money laundering. In summary, a substantial amount of new data has been published and will continue to emerge about these individuals.
Reactions have been swift. Today, I was informed that this website has been blocked by several ISP providers in parts of Venezuela (Movistar and Inter). Inter, or at least part of it, was acquired by Alejandro Betancourt. Then, RaFa’s man (Carlos Diaz from [email protected]) quickly bought alekboyd.org, .net., .info, and aleksanderboydarregui.com, .org, .net, and .info, using my old address in Caracas (I know for certain he doesn’t live there). Videos and blogs accusing me of being a “drug trafficker” have been and are being regularly uploaded to Youtube and Dailymotion. In the latest attempt, my critics created a Youtube account impersonating my mother and later Diego Arria (former Special Adviser to the UN Secretary-General). Then we have the ridiculous and homophobic accusations printed in Primicias24.com, a chavista website that also claimed I “had AIDS” and was “irresponsibly spreading it.” Other stories say I’ve “built submarines for drug trafficking” (allegedly involving my own mother) and “stolen 500 kg of cocaine in 1995.” All of this comes after irresponsible and spurious accusations made by Abelardo de la Espriella, the Colombian lawyer for Alex Saab, after I exposed Saab (whose associates are wanted in Ecuador for a multimillion-dollar fraud). They also accuse me of being one of the “commanders of the Caribbean Bloc of the FARC,” according to information found on computers where Mono Jojoy allegedly referred to me as “deceptive, dangerous, and divisive.” There’s even talk of a recent raid related to the suspicions of bolichicos believing a poor guy in Caracas was a source for this site. My sisters have also been mentioned, with my identification, home address, and passport details published everywhere. José Vicente Rangel, one of the most powerful political operators in Venezuela, has explicitly mentioned my name in connection with “attempts to overthrow” the chavista regime…
Hence the question: does anyone wonder why there are no whistleblowers in Venezuela? Is it surprising that no one is willing to risk exposing the kind of totally corrupt criminals in power in Venezuela? Is there any explanation, apart from the rot of the entire political structure, for why opposition leader Henrique Capriles and future leader Leopoldo López have not uttered a single word about the rampant corruption of those exposed on this site?
The bullies I have exposed over the years are playing a short game. There’s no consistency, let alone substance in their BS. But I’m playing the long game. I started in October 2002. I have survived the puppet master, am in very good health, am eager to continue my mission, and am improving all the time. Every threatening email, every hacking attempt, every mention of my family, every effort to buy my silence, every action from chavismo against my alleged collaborators—all of it is being recorded and will come back to haunt the perpetrators. Until the last thing is proved against me or my family, you will find vigorous countermeasures. Don’t have any doubt.
Lawyers, spin doctors, and Derwick collaborators, dear bolichicos: I know you regularly read this site. Rest assured that with every attempt to silence me, you are opening the door wider to litigation, which will come sooner or later (I’m in no hurry). Know that federal agencies and law enforcement personnel visit this site regularly. Understand that as I write this post, you are being investigated where it matters, where participation in criminal activities has consequences, where none of your “do you know who I am?” nonsense will cut it, and where your dirty money, no matter how much you’ve stolen, cannot skew the course of justice.
My mission will continue. It may take time, but I am determined to unmask the entire boliburguesa class. You have been warned.
