Dear Department of Justice,
In addition to your recent replacement indictment against Nicolás Maduro and his criminal associates, I would like to provide information that could lead to their arrests. The truth is that only a small inner circle maintains regular contact with Maduro and his crew, knowing their whereabouts. For members of this circle, $15 million is not just an insult; it is pocket change.
Therefore, I believe it is highly unlikely that the multi-million dollar rewards offered will ever need to be paid out, as filtering through what constitutes good and bad actionable information among the many tips you may receive from those lacking updated and accurate information will consume considerable time and resources, and may not lead to arrests.
Maduro is, of course, in Venezuela. So are Tareck, Diosdado, Maikel Moreno, and most of the accused parties. This presents logistical and jurisdictional challenges unless you plan on dispatching undercover teams to capture or extract these thugs from the country to Colombia, Brazil, or the Caribbean.
Alex Saab might be an easier target. So would Raúl Gorrín. While reaching those two in Venezuela may be problematic, you can always connect with Amir Nassar Tayupe or Carlos Gabaldon Rivas to reach Saab. In Colombia, Piedad Córdoba and Abelardo de la Espriella can provide you with a fairly accurate picture of Saab’s movements and whereabouts. Saab has regular communications with Maduro.
In the case of Gorrín, you might want to talk to César Omaña, who continues to move between Colombia, Spain, and the U.S. Omaña is also a good friend of Leopoldo López, whose puppet, Juan Guaidó, supposedly maintains open and frequent communications with you. Gorrín and Maikel Moreno go way back; they are partners, and Gorrín is very close to Cilia.
Cilia controls Maduro. Get to Cilia, and Maduro is finished. David Boies and Bill Duker could give you tips on how to befriend Cilia, possibly through Reinaldo Muñoz Pedroza (from the group of Wilmer Ruperti).
If you want to reach Moreno, you can call Adam Kaufmann, Jon Sale, or Rudy Giuliani. All three can connect you with Alejandro Betancourt, whose location and residence in Spain are well-known. If they throw any nonsense about attorney-client privilege, just contact his partner Juan Guaidó. His brother and father are Betancourt’s puppets. Betancourt knows how to reach Moreno, as does his partner Francisco Convit. Moreno, Gorrín, Betancourt, and Convit are actually partners.
While Saab and Gorrín could turn against Maduro, you will need to speak with Jesús Vidal Salazar to get to Diosdado. Vidal Salazar’s attorney, Alejandro Dona, spends a lot of time in the Dominican Republic. To deal with Vidal Salazar, it would be necessary to catch him outside Venezuela, like in Madrid, for example. Majed Khalil, aka PA Luisa Ortega Díaz, could also provide good information on Diosdado, and if that fails, there is always Ricardo Severin in Miami. Severin is actually a good match and is related to Axel Capriles (from Madrid), who in turn is related to a namesake residing in New York. The one in Madrid is an attorney for Miguel Ángel Capriles López (a/k/a Michu), who sold his newspaper conglomerate to Tareck el Aisami, while the one in New York is close to Armando Capriles (a/k/a Coco), who has a very smooth relationship with Tareck. Most of the Capriles criminal clan lives outside Venezuela in the U.S. and Spain. They can provide valuable information not only about Tareck but also about Maduro, Diosdado, and Jorge and Delcy Rodríguez.
Regarding Tareck’s former role at PDVSA, you should be talking to Francisco Morillo, Leonardo Baquero, and Daniel Lutz. If that is a challenge, call Henry Ramos Allup, and if he doesn’t respond, email Guaidó’s “prosecutor” in Boston, José Ignacio Hernández, who Morillo once hired as a legal expert.
Hugo Carvajal Barrios enjoys diplomatic protection from Lucas Rincón in Lisbon since he left Spain. It’s needless to say that Spanish intelligence is aware and has shared this with their U.S. counterparts. Another person who can provide precise details about Carvajal is Rafael Ramírez, of course. Given the situation in Italy, it won’t be hard for you to find him in Rome (let me know if you need exact address details). Abbe Lowell and Erik Prince could also give you Ramírez’s contact details. Ramírez and Carvajal have a long history together.
Oh, I almost forgot to mention José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, former Prime Minister of Spain. He has direct access to Maduro, Cilia, Diosdado, Tareck, the Rodríguez brothers, and all the powerful figures within Chavismo. His travel/hotel fees are arranged/paid by Majed Khalil (at the orders of Jorge Rodríguez), whom I mentioned earlier. Zapatero is quite approachable and just a phone call away.
You have a wealth of information at your disposal. Everyone knows the boliburgueses who live and launder money outside of Venezuela. They are perfectly positioned to turn on Maduro and his crew, as they owe every last cent of their “fortunes” to Chavismo. Round them up. Apply some pressure. None of them will resist your call. And those who do resist, like the Oberto Anselmi brothers or Betancourt, are just one step away from being indicted in the criminal investigations you are already conducting. They could always appear once donning orange jumpsuits.
