There isn’t much more to say really. David Boies lied and argued in several court hearings that the acting Attorney General of Venezuela, Reinaldo Muñoz Pedroza, and the legal adviser of PDVSA, Hilda Cabeza, were unable to travel outside of Venezuela to testify, due to specific orders from President Nicolás Maduro. However, individuals within the Venezuelan Immigration Office leaked travel records that prove otherwise. These records have now been filed in the case involving PDVSA US Litigation Trust v Lukoil et al, as shown below.
