Individuals Supporting Juan Guaidó with a Focus on PDVSA 2020 Bond Yields

From Madrid and Boston, a group of individuals backing Juan Guaidó are making deals with CITGO, preparing to reap profits from the PDVSA 2020 bonds, similar to the appointment of ‘ambassadors,’ all founded on purely mercantile appetites.
In Madrid, Miguel Henrique Otero, Leopoldo López Gil, and Enrique Alvarado are involved in these activities.
In Boston, Ricardo Haussmann, his wife Ana Julia Jatar, and fugitive Francisco Illarramendi, the same individual who committed fraud with PDVSA’s pension funds, are operating.
Some have sought advice from writer and journalist Juan Carlos Zapata, based on recommendations from a private financial figure known as D.O. and former banker Fernando Lauria, following instructions from Haussmann and Carlos Vecchio.
The coveted prize is the commission from the interest payments on the 2020 bond.
