5) Do you think companies should hire a minimum of 2 people with disabilities for every 100 employees?
6) Do you support that young trainees from SENA and similar institutions have an employment contract?
7) Do you agree that workers in delivery platforms can negotiate their type of contract and be guaranteed social security payment?
8) Do you think it’s necessary to establish a special labor regime to ensure that agricultural business owners guarantee labor rights and fair wages for agrarian workers?
9) Do you support eliminating outsourcing and labor intermediation through union contracts that violate labor rights?
10) Do you agree that domestic workers, community mothers, journalists, athletes, artists, drivers, and other informal workers should be formalized or have access to social security?
11) Do you support promoting job stability through indefinite-term contracts as the general rule?
12) Do you agree with establishing a special fund aimed at recognizing a pension bonus for farmers?
