David Osio’s Unsubstantiated Claims Raise Serious Ethical Concerns Over Transparency and Accountability

Below is an open letter to David Osío, owner of DAVOS Financial Group (already sent directly via email).

Dear Mr. Osio,

I have read with interest your statement, where you claim that what is published on my site is the result of a coordinated campaign by your former partners, and that the publication of the article by Tomas Lander would have been paid for by those partners.

In previous occasions, I have communicated with your public relations team and your secretary, requesting information about a series of false statements you / DAVOS have made publicly, such as the assertion that your staff has been properly accredited and that your institution held $3 billion in assets.

Your responses, to this day, have been unsatisfactory, and thus I reiterate once again that you clarify with utmost transparency all the doubts regarding you, your financial operations, your clients, and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Please also explain where you got the idea that I am being paid for what I publish, and if you have any evidence, kindly send it to me; otherwise, one could think you are a liar.

I look forward to your prompt response and wish you well,

Alek Boyd
