Revealing the Connections between Sascha Fitness and Her Husband with David Osio, the Banker of the Bolivarian Revolution

Sascha Fitness and Her Ties to David Osio, the "Banker of the Boliburgueses"

Sascha Patricia Barboza Schmidt, also known as Sascha Fitness, is a Venezuelan influencer promoting nutrition and health products. However, her image has been tarnished by the scandal surrounding her business dealings in Colombia and her family’s political connections to the corrupt government of Venezuela. Now, another name emerges that may further complicate her situation: David Osio Montiel.

David Osio Montiel: The "Banker of the Boliburgueses"

David Osio Montiel is a Venezuelan broker who is married to actress Mirela Mendoza. His main activity has been to launder external funds derived from corruption in Venezuela, especially in Miami. To achieve this, he founded Davos Financial Group in Florida and Davos International Bank in Antigua, with names intended to confuse with the Swiss city of Davos, host of the prestigious global economic forum. However, Davos are actually the initials of David Osio, according to Data Confirmation.

Osio has a long list of connections with people and companies linked to the Chavismo and its dodgy businesses, including Wilmer Ruperti, Derwick Associates (Davos was the first bank to handle the exit of Derwick’s money from Venezuela), Norka Luque, Moris Beracha, Francisco Illarramendi, Armando "Coco" Capriles, and others. His role as "the banker of PDVSA" has been reported by renowned media outlets such as Armando Info, Alek Boyd, Venergia, and América Económica.

The Connection between Sascha Fitness and David Osio Montiel

Recently, it was revealed that Sascha Fitness’s father-in-law, Waldo Enrique Ordoñez Matheus (also under investigation for corruption in Venezuela), has been her main financier. In response, Sascha Fitness denied that her father-in-law had any connection with her business and claimed to be rich from birth, coming from a perfect family. However, the evidence suggests otherwise.

The American company that Sascha Fitness and her husband, Andrés Eduardo Ordoñez Matos, own is called Nutricorp LLC, registered in Miami. The Sunbiz page shows clear information on the registration of this company. The company was registered on January 9, 2015, by María A. Matos (Sascha’s mother-in-law) through Davos Financial Corp. This contradicts Sascha Fitness’s claim that her father-in-law did not finance her and that she came from a family with means. Why is her mother-in-law the first to register her company in Miami?

Another curious detail is that they used Davos Financial Corp to register the company, as it was already well-known in 2015 that David Osio was involved in offshore money laundering and that he was the channel for withdrawing dirty money from Venezuela. Why did Sascha Fitness choose precisely this company among the many others in Florida?

On June 24 of the same year, Davos Financial Corp adds a new title to NutriCorp LLC, this time for Andrés Ordoñez Matos, son of the company’s only shareholder and husband of Sascha Fitness. Sascha’s name does not appear until January 25, 2016, when she begins to be part of the company, a year after its creation. If she is rich from birth and her in-laws never financed her, how did she become part of the company a year after its creation? The process is still handled by Davos Financial.

In addition, while Sascha’s mother-in-law registered the company in Miami, she and her husband created a similar structure in a tax haven. The registry in Barbados shows that on January 6, 2015 (just three days before registering in Miami), Sascha and Andrés registered Thirty Fitness Investments Ltd. in Barbados. Why did they use their names in Barbados but their mother-in-law in Miami?

NutriCorp LLC continues to operate, and current records show that they also own another company in Miami called Sascha Fitness Corp, with only the spouses Ordoñez Barboza listed as owners.
